The fees associated with the classes are listed under each class.

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. To maintain our program standards, we do not offer refunds once a seat has been reserved. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, we understand that unique circumstances arise; if the instructor determines it is appropriate, a credit for a future session may be offered in lieu of a refund. Such credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Class formats vary between online and live sessions. Please verify the specific location in the class details or your confirmation email. Cancellations are permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the start of the session. All requests must be submitted in writing to info@tmeansconsulting.com and are finalized only upon receipt of a confirmation email.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tmeansconsulting.com. A cancellation is only considered official once you have received a written confirmation email from our team. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please follow up, as the registration remains active until confirmed. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see a confirmation within 48 hours.
