The fees associated with the cohort are listed under each cohort.

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. To maintain our program standards, we do not offer refunds once a seat has been reserved. Fees are non-transferable and non-refundable. However, we understand that unique circumstances arise; if the instructor determines it is appropriate, a credit for a future session may be offered in lieu of a refund. Such credits are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Class formats are online. Cancellations are permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the start of the session. All requests must be submitted in writing to info@tmeansconsulting.com and are finalized only upon receipt of a confirmation email.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@tmeansconsulting.com. A cancellation is only considered official once you have received a written confirmation email from our team. If you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please follow up, as the registration remains active until confirmed. Please check your junk/spam folder if you do not see a confirmation within 48 hours.
